You may find that your customers are looking for more than just the stock look, you as a EVPC, LLC dealer you can offer several exotic styles
Porsche, Lamborghini and other exotic styles are available for purchase in conversion package you bulild from or as a turn-key fabricated and created by one of our licensed builders.
EVPC, LLC is an internet based venue from where customers are able to pick among several cars, their make, model, color, motor(s), controller and any other custom choices desired interior or exterior on a computer. As orders come in they are distributed througout the dealer network for dealer responce to clients in their area. As a dealer you would receive discounted body and conversion components or discounted completed Ev's.
As proven results have shown, the best way for people to realize what our electric car is all about is to put them in one to experience the rush.
EVPC, LLC requires a minimum 3 criteria for authorized dealer acceptance:
1. The dealer must have an EVPC, LLC produced Demo vehicle available for client test drives/rides by appointment. Our purpose in providing you the first is as a model of how the completed product should look. From motor mounts, drive couplers, adapter plates, battery boxes, safety equiptment, our experience will save you time and offer the quality a discriminating client expects from a high end vehicle. After that time you may order a completed EVPC LLC conversion, or conversion packages for most model cars, front engine, rear wheel drive.
2. As advertising your new business is key to your start up success, we require a $8,500 initiation fee which is in part used for co-op adverting locally and nationally instilling a brand recognition as a leader in High Line and Exotic Ev conversions worldwide and in your area.
3. You must have a business registered with your state's taxing authority and possess documentation authorizing you to collect any state required sales tax.
No other Financial responsibility is required at this point if not desired.
OPTIONAL- Protected Sales Regions:
Alternatively, EVPC, LLC offers the optional purchase of Protected Sales Regions - globally. Based on Per Capita Income, Population and Demographic data.,our formula figures the investment requirement for the Protected Sales Regions. Regions can include: cities, states, regions, countries and may cost from $3,500-$16,000 annually allowing you to grow your establishment as the place to go in your region.
Each dealer purchasing a protected sales area must commit to a pre deturmined minimum of cars within a 6 month period or year for certain exceptions. Financials showing viable available capital for dealer acceptance may be requested. Manufacturing scheduling and smooth operation in part is achieved by dealer commitments to a certain number of Electric and/or Hybrid vehicles.
Examples of a Protected Sales Region may include London, Sydney Australia, the South West region of the United States, California, New York City, or La. Our formula allows for the purchase of what region fits your needs or how far you wish to extend your reach in your desired market(s).
With the purchase of Protected Sales Regions you will receive all sales leads that come to EVPC, LLC headquarters. Dealers will also be assisted with additional sales, technical, or other support requested.
At no time will EVPC, LLC be liable to pay taxes to your state's governing bodies as a result of our selling your company any product. Tax liability is your sole responsibility to collect from the end user.
Print the "Dealer Application" (and other forms), fill it out and FAX or mail it back to our office along with a photocopy of your state's business license or sales tax resale certificate.
Once we have verified all the information, we will conduct a telephone interview with you. We want to know how we can help fill your market with green- performance, and hybridFleets.
Terms of Sale
Orders must normally be prepaid by the dealer. Visa and MasterCard are accepted through PayPal PVL959@bellsouth.net
Orders will be held until any company checks, that have been pre-approved and clear.
payments. You may also pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Cashiers
Check, or Money Order in order to expedite your order. All non-stock and special
order items require a 50% deposit at time of order.
Because of the insecure nature of the internet, we are uncomfortable asking for
your charge card information on our web site. As a result, after you initiate an
order over the internet, you will be contacted by phone so we can obtain the
appropriate credit card information. We do this to protect you and your credit.
EVPC, LLC has a broad availability of conversion components custom made for
most vehicles in stock. If it is not in stock they are usually complete within 2 weeks of order.
Delivery of non-stock motors, controllers and special order motors may take additional weeks.
All orders shipped F.O.B. Florida, Illinois, California. The order and freight must be prepaid.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and require prior return
authorization. All returned items must be in "Like New" condition and properly
packaged for shipping.
